Neglect

So I've totally been neglecting my blog and the truth of it is... I'm lazy! Granted I have to go to my mom's house to upload my pictures because of our ancient computer but that's no excuse. So The last month has been a bit crazy. Pratt is now 9 months old. He weighs 18lbs 3 oz and is 28 inches long. He didn't gain much weight in 3 months but he did gain 3 inches. He now has 2 bottom teeth. Teething is no fun at all. And right now he also has double ear infection. He has not been a very happy boy and I feel so bad for him. We in turn have not gotten much sleep either. He loves to eat but still gags when we feed him anything with chunks in it. He smiles a ton and has so many faces it's hilarious. He loves his dad and hates naptime. That could be a result of the trauma he's been going through lately though. He crawls EVERYWHERE. He pulls himself up on furniture and loves to let go and stand all by himself. He can stand by himself forever. He also walks around furniture all the time. I think pretty soon he'll be walking walking. He is so much fun and I feel so blessed to be able to stay home with him and watch him learn and grow.

We also had a great Thanksgiving. I feel like Heavenly Father keeps pouring down blessings to me. More than I deserve. I am thankful for such a wonderful supportive husband who loves me and takes very good care of me. I'm thankful for a beautiful baby who is mostly happy and content. I'm thankful for a roof over my head and for food on my plate. I'm thankful for great parents who continue to teach me everyday and great in-laws who love me like their own. Right this minute I am grateful for my screaming child because atleast I am able to have a child. I know I am blessed because I know of many who have not had that blessing yet in their lives. Above all I'm thankful for a loving Heavenly Father and for the atonement and for the gospel in my life.
